At Le Diptyque, Freddy and Patrick Vandecasserie offer a heartening menu of classic and seasonal dishes.
The famous hand-peeled shrimp croquettes, the home-made pheasant terrine with Pierre Wynants' unrivalled pickles, the superb boneless rib steak with shoestring potatoes and béarnaise sauce, the raw salmon served as tartare, carpaccio or sashimi, grilled scallops served by the unit or a large plate of oysters...
You can also taste our selection of cheeses with a glass of fine wine.

The bar menu of Le Diptyque offers a fine selection of wines. Fine vintages are even available by the glass, as well as cocktails, spirits and high-quality soft drinks.
The smoking-room on the first floor is a haven of vintage comfort you'll never want to leave.
